Why is Ezyseat better than a shooting stick?

A shooting stick has only one single leg, which when you sit on it becomes a pivot point. If you’ve ever sat on one then you’ll know - it takes quite a bit of balancing to stay upright! It’s not very relaxing.
With Ezyseat, because it has two legs, it is much more stable giving you a comfortable seat whenever you need one.
Do I need to carry any extra equipment to use the Ezyseat?

No. The beauty of the Ezyseat is that it’s made from two high-quality walking aid sticks that lock together to make a stable and comfortable seat. No backpacks. No extra equipment to carry.
Is Ezyseat difficult to use?

It’s all in the name. Ezyseat has been designed with ease of use in mind. You just flip the tops off the sticks, slide them together, click the locking mechanism into place and your seat is ready to use.
Is Ezyseat strong enough to hold my weight?

The Ezyseat Story

The idea for Ezyseat arose when British Inventor, Derrick Green, a builder and creator of Ezyreach, took a trip to visit his elderly father.

As a keen hiker, who’s completed several of the UK’s best walks including Hadrian’s Wall and the Stour Valley Path, Derrick understood the importance of walking aids - and a comfortable place to rest your legs.

While enjoying a natter and a cup of tea, Derrick noticed a shooting stick in the corner of the room. As a natural-born inventor, he couldn’t help but pick it up and fiddle with it.

But the shooting stick, he discovered, left a lot to be desired.

Sure, it was lightweight and easy to use - but it wobbled around and didn’t exactly lend to a relaxing rest for his legs.

“There has to be a better way”, he thought. And that’s how Ezyseat was born.

Over the next six years, Derrick tried and tested his ideas until he came upon the perfect solution that gave people a strong, stable and comfortable seat without adding extra pounds to their walking equipment - Ezyseat.

Fast forward to today and Ezyseat is well on the way to being a worldwide success. It’s registered in more than 93 countries, fully patented in the UK, USA, Germany & France and has fast been gaining momentum every step of the way.

Investment

Derrick has already personally invested more than £60,000 in the Ezyseat development, but there’s still more to be done if Ezyseat is to reach its full potential.

The prototype models are a huge success, so now it’s time to get the tooling, manufacturing and marketing in place for a full launch.

The global hiking gear and equipment market was valued at $67.633 billion in 2019, and the global spectator sports market is valued at around $144.2 billion. There are more than 6700 hiking shops in the USA alone and some sporting events, such as the golfing tournaments can have between 200,000-400,000 spectators in a single week.
